After meeting through their mutual love of tennis, Sam & Ken (just like Tennis in fact) went from being 'x2 singles' ‘served’ down the wedding aisle at Elms Barn in Suffolk and became a great 'doubles team' of husband and wife, with lots of ‘love’ - all captured by Race Wedding Videography.

My latest wedding videography trip has taken me to Elms Barn in Suffolk! Cue the wedding of Sam & Ken. After being contacted by the couple after a recommendation to film their wedding, some phone calls and a meeting in person later, boom - the stage was set. The wedding videography for Sam & Ken is a great example of how I always want to create a bespoke film about each wedding couple’s story. What do I mean? Well, if you hit play, you will get an idea of what I am talking about.

After speaking with Sam & Ken, I wanted to get a sense of what they were about, how they are together and of course the inevitable and most fun question I always love to ask... (this can go very wrong) ''how did you two meet?'' A truly amazing question for any couple! So, I found out they met through their mutual love of tennis.

And just like Tennis, I was going to film 'x2 singles' hit an ace serve, sliced down the aisle to become a great 'doubles team' of husband and wife. It turned out Sam is a super pro Tennis coach and they both met at a local Tennis club. When I was thinking about how I could incorporate this into their wedding videography there was the obvious tennis ball and tennis rackets which helped lead us into their wedding video, but you will never guess what I found at their wedding venue - Elms Barn. Yep, you have guessed it.. a tennis court.

Cue the drone for an epic opening wedding videography shot to their wedding film. Someone else watching this, isn’t necessarily going to make any sense. But of course, to them, it means everything!

An old saying its the little things that make a BIG difference, and in Wedding Videography this is no different.
